  I called to get some information and it was the worst customer service that I've had in my life! The person on the phone was rude and unhelpful. I live 5 minutes away and wanted to go there not only for convenience but to support local businesses but after my experience it's not going to happen any time soon.

  Nice spa. Small and quaint with lots of options. I've been here a few times and happy to keep going. Prices include robe and shoes which is great. Great food options that are reasonably priced.

  I really love this place. It's quiet, cheaper than Nordik, they provide robes and sandals for free, clean, and has everything I'm looking for. But I'm really disappointed. The last two times I've been (February and November, months apart) my favourite room, the Citrus room, has been not working and no one seems to know when it's going to be fixed. I go there for the spa, but also because I love that room. The mist and scent do not work. The fog button, when pressed, gives off nothing. It's my favourite spot and I'm really, really disappointed that it's not working.

  However what it lacks in space it makes up for in ambiance. Very intimate and inviting..especially at night. My only real caveat is the fires...I wish they had more than one lit at once and I especially wish they would be more vigilant in keeping it aflame. I've had to ask management more than once why there was no fire.

  We had a nice relaxing day at this spa. The stuff is amazingly friendly. I was treated with the best customer service from the initial phone reservation to the check out time. My massage therapist, David was very professional. He made sure that I had the best treatment experience. The food we had at bistro was fresh and the service was awesome. It seems like everyone who works at this place takes pride in their job. It's not a big or fancy spa but it is clean and relaxing. Thank you to the team of great people for the gift of truly nice experience! We will definitely go back!

  Also, i have to say, the staff working in the restaurant are not pleasant to deal with. Every time I've eaten there I've been disappointed.
